How do I complete my client request task?
You can complete client requests from your planner in the Client Portal. Client requests are often sent for you to upload documents or provide information for your planner. Client requests show up on your To-do list with a clipboard icon.
1. Log in to your Client Portal.
2. Navigate to your To-do list on the left-side column.
3. Select a Client Request from your To-do list.
4. Review any notes or instructions from your planner.
5. Respond to your planner in the Add a comment... field.
6. Click on the Paperclip icon to upload a file with your comment.
7. To send your response to your planner, click Send.
8. After completing the client request, click on the checkbox to Mark as complete.
