Can you amend my prior year tax returns?

If your amends are amending from married filing separately to married filing joint as part of your student loan plan, yes! These types of amendments are currently included in your $99/month tax services and we will be able to take care of this for you if you request it and your tax manager finds the amendment to be beneficial for you. 

If the amendment you are looking for is outside of a student loan plan, this is not included in your services. We will only take additional amends on a case by case basis. If we agree to process the amendment, it will be subject to an hourly rate of $199/hr.
